The tickets used in the voting system were designed to make it easier for Board members to log into the Voting System. You’ll need to generate a ticket for each Board member for each meeting. So, if you have two meetings back-to-back then Board members will have two tickets to use — one for each meeting.
You do not have to be in your meeting space to generate the login tickets. So if you want to setup your meeting in the morning but your meeting isn’t until the evening you can print them from your desk and retrieve them later. Just note that your login codes will only be valid for 36-hours, so you’ll want to make sure you don’t generate them too far in advance.
What If I Lose A Ticket?
Not to worry, you can always re-print them as necessary. You can re-print a single ticket, or re-print all tickets from the Meeting Setup area.
